How to Prevent Pain From Hindering Your New Year’s Resolutions

Did you resolve to exercise more or eat better this year, but pain is preventing you from achieving your goals?

Join Healthy Habits Kitchen and chiropractor, Eric Roseen, DC to learn how to prevent back pain, neck pain and headaches through exercise, improved posture and eating right.

Eric is a chiropractor at Visions Medical Center www.visionsmedical.com in Wellesley. He is a graduate of the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and completed an internship at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, one of the nation’s foremost Integrative Healthcare programs. A native of North Dakota, he became interested in chiropractic medicine as a high school athlete facing wrestling injuries.

COST: $20 per person, includes dinner and a $10 meal credit which can be used towards food purchased that night.
