Shape. Nutritionist Julie Freeman, MA, RD, LD will teach you how to easily
increase your energy, lose those few extra pounds and organize your life so that
you can exercise and eat healthy.
A dinner of delicious Healthy habits Kitchen items will be served.

information and tools, it doesn\'t have to be! Join us on Tuesday, March 30 from
7 - 8:30 pm for dinner and Demystifying Nutrition Labels. Brett Blumenthal, author of the
bestselling book, "GET REAL" and STOP Dieting!, and founder of Sheer
Balance, a company that helps individuals find balance and health easily,
naturally and sustainably, will teach how to read nutrition labels and
ingredient lists of packaged products.
COST: $25, includes an autographed copy of Brett\'s book, dinner
and a $5 credit towards meal kits purchased that
night
Attendees will learn:
-How to understand ingredient lists
-How to read and evaluate nutrition fact
labels
-How to compare products so you know which is
the healthiest option
-How to read through marketing label claims to
really understand what they are telling
