We arrived back from our vacation tonight after a long day in the car and a week of eating lots of unhealthy
stuff and way too many carbs! My body was craving protein and something healthy so I defrosted the Turkey
Picadillo and made it! Well, what a delicious and totally ""hit the spot"" sort of meal after way too many
unbalanced meals on vacation! I am excited to try my other meals this week and will let you know how they
