Getting nutritious, delicious, healthy meals at Healthy Habits Kitchen is easy!
- Click "Get Started," found at the top every page (or by clicking here) and choose your session. We made it easy for you to order and pay securely online but if you prefer, you may call 781.235.6325 to schedule your session.
- Select either in-store assembly or pick-up.
- Each month, Healthy Habits Kitchen offers 12 delicious and healthy meals to choose from. You may select as many meals as you would like, with a minimum of 3.
- After you selected your session, choose your meals.
- Login if you are already registered or register as a new customer.
- We made it easy for you order and pay securely online.
- Plan to arrive at our kitchen 5 to 10 minutes prior to your session with a cooler or insulated bag to bring your meals home in.
- Sign in with one of our kitchen helpers to receive your menu and apron. Our kitchen helper will give you a quick orientation on how to assemble your meals.
- Proceed to a work station. Follow the step-by-step assembly instructions and start preparing your meal! Don't be afraid to customize according to your tastes.
- Package up your meal, label it and place it in our refrigerator.
- Proceed to the next station until all of your meals are completed.
- Have a kitchen helper sign you out, load up your cooler or insulated bag, and reserve your meals and session for next month.
- Plan to arrive at our kitchen at the scheduled time with a cooler or insulated bag to bring your meals home in.
- One of our kitchen helpers will review your order against your prepared meals and send you on your way.
- When you get home, place your meals in the refrigerator (if you are going to cook within the next day) or freezer to be cooked when you are ready.
- The night before you cook, simply place your selected meal in your refrigerator to defrost. At mealtime, follow the simple cooking instructions and RELAX!
- Set the table and enjoy a home-cooked meal!
