TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As a customer of Healthy Habits Kitchen, I agree to the following:

During Meal Assembly Session for Food Safety and Handling

  1. I will follow all orientation guidelines presented to me at Healthy Habits Kitchen prior to my assembly session.

  2. I will not attend my Healthy Habits Kitchen session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases, including cold, flu, etc.

  3. I will assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all the dinners I create at Healthy Habits Kitchen.

  4. I will immediately freeze my Healthy Habits Kitchen meals following the conclusion of my session at a temperature below 0 degrees F. If cooked within a day of the session, I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 41 degrees F. I will use a refrigerator thermometer to make sure your refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature.

  5. I will follow the cooking instructions as specified for each meal. I will heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed. Always use a meat thermometer to check the temperature and ensure doneness while maintaining taste and flavor.

  6. I will always wash my hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.

  7. I will agree to release Healthy Habits Kitchen from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Healthy Habits Kitchen meals.

Terms and Conditions for Meal Pick Up:

  1. I will use food containers provided by Healthy Habits Kitchen. Please do not bring your own.

  2. I will bring a cooler or insulated bag to transport food home.

  3. I will immediately freeze my Healthy Habits Kitchen meals following pick-up at a temperature below 0 degrees F. I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 41 degrees F. Always use a refrigerator thermometer to make sure your refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature.

  4. I agree to release Healthy Habits Kitchen from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Healthy Habits Kitchen meals.

Cancellation Policy:


We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your session or order pick up. If you are unable to make your scheduled session or pick up we offer the following options:

  • You may send someone else in your place to assemble or pick up meals—please notify us.

  • Healthy Habits Kitchen will allow you to reschedule your session or pick up within two weeks of your scheduled time, if done with a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) advance notice.

We ask for at least 72 hour (3 business days) advance reschedule/cancellation notification. If you are unable to provide a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) advance notice of your cancellation and other arrangements are not made, regretfully you will still be charged for your order. This policy allows Healthy Habits Kitchen to continue to offer you entrées at a reasonable price. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
